Q: Is SMOO Online Account same as SMOO membership?
A: Yes, it is the same.Both collects personal data to allow faster checkout in future when you make subsequent purchase and the collection of membership points to use for subsequent purchase.
2. Membership
Q: I am not a SMOO member now. How can I join SMOO membership?
A: You can sign up for SMOO membership by clicking account, and then registering with your email.
Q: Can I earn SMOO membership points when I make purchases on discount?
A: Yes, SMOO membership points allow points to be earned from discount purchases (only the total after the discount will be credited)
3. Order
Q: How long are the expiry dates of the products sold?
A: Goods sold has a minimum of 6 months from the expiry date.
Q: What are the payment modes do you accept?
A: Currently we accept MasterCard, VISA, PayLah, PayNow, and cash on delivery/pick-up.
Q: Can I cancel my order because I order a wrong item/colour?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept any cancellation of orders once the order has been processed. However, for exchange of same products with different colour/shade, you may either email us at smoo.sample@gmail.com and provide your order number for us to expedite the process.
4. Refund
Q: Can I return my products?
A: Goods sold are non-refundable but exchangeable in original condition (sealed and unused) within 7 days upon purchase. Kindly retain your receipt/invoice for verification purposes.
Q: Can I exchange my products?
A: We will only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. Kindly write in to us at smoo.sample@gmail.com about your defective products and we will follow up on this issue.
Q: I received a incorrect or missing product, what should I do?
A: We are sorry for this! Please drop us an email at smoo.sample@gmail.com with a photo of the defect item and your order reference no.
5. Shipping
Q: What are the delivery fees?
A: We are currently offering free shipping on all orders with spending above $80.
Q: How long does it take for my orders to be delivered?
A: Approximately 7-10 working days by our 3rd party delivery service provider. You will receive an email notification once the order has been scheduled for delivery.
Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: You can track your parcel once you have received an email that your order has been scheduled for delivery. The tracking number will be enclosed in your email. Kindly check your junk mail if you have not received any email from us.
Q: Is there international shipping?
A: No, delivery is available for Singapore only for now!
